In this case, the store is under no obligation to sell the product at the online price.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>The product I want to buy is no longer in stock. When will it be available again?<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Unfortunately, we have no scheduled restocking date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Is payment secure?<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Yes, our payment platform is 100% secure. We work with Stripe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>I\u2019m trying to place an order but can\u2019t. What should I do?<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This is probably a problem with your Internet browser. Please update your browser. If the problem persists, please contact us.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>My payment failed. What should I do?<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>We suggest you try again with another credit card and\/or validate your card\u2019s expiry date and\/or postal code. If the problem persists, we suggest you contact your bank or credit card issuer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Is delivery available for any product ordered?<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Delivery is not available with the ordering system for implements\/attachements, small equipment and lawn tractors. If you need delivery for these equipment, speak with the sales team of your local branch to find out what options are available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>I placed an order but made a mistake in the delivery address. What should I do?<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>It is possible to change a delivery address only if the order has not yet been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible by chat or e-mail&nbsp;<a href=\"mailto:shop@transdiff.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">(shop@transdiff.com)<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>How long will delivery take?<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>For home delivery Ontario and Quebec, please allow 3-5 working days. Please note that we are not responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier or the weather. Outside Ontario and Quebec, delays will vary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For in-store pickup, 48 to 72 hours. The branch will contact you to let you know that your order is ready for pickup.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>What happens if I\u2019m not there at the time of delivery?<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>We recommend that you arrange delivery to a place where someone can receive the goods (e.g. your workplace). If this is not possible, the parcel will be delivered to your door, no signature is required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Where do you deliver?<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>All across Canada.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Can I pay with a gift card?<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Unfortunately, this option is not available for online purchases.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>I haven\u2019t received my order yet. What should I do?<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Delivery may vary according to location.<br>Once your order has been completed, an e-mail will be sent to you with the carrier\u2019s tracking number.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Can I have it delivered to another address?<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Yes, please identify the delivery address when placing the order \u2013 versus the billing address.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>What are the payment options?<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>You can pay by credit card (Visa or Mastercard) in $CA only.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>What are the shipping options?<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>You can choose between in-branch pickup (no delivery charges) or delivery via a carrier (shipping charges will be indicated when you place your order).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>How can I modify or cancel an order that has already been sent?<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Unfortunately, once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be modified or cancelled. You will need to contact us by e-mail&nbsp;<a href=\"mailto:shop@jldlague.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">(shop@transdiff.com)<\/a>&nbsp;once you have received your order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>I\u2019ve lost the carrier\u2019s tracking number. How can I get it back?<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Please contact us by e-mail&nbsp;<a href=\"mailto:shop@jldlague.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">(shop@jldlague.com)<\/a>&nbsp;or call one of our branches.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Returns and refunds<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>I\u2019ve received a faulty product. What should I do?<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>If you receive a defective or broken product, the exchange is free of charge. Simply contact us at&nbsp;<a href=\"mailto:shop@jldlague.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">shop@transdiff.com<\/a>&nbsp;to report the problem, with a photo of the product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For all in-branch returns, we will inform you of the day on which the product will be available for exchange.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If you wish to return the defective product via transport, we will contact you to arrange shipment, at our expense.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>The product is not suitable, what can I do?<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>If the product does not suit you, we will issue a refund. Shipping costs are not refunded.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Returns are free of charge if made in-store with your invoice as proof of purchase.
