COVID-19 of April 1st 2020 Announcement
Following the recent announcements from our various levels of government, we confirm that we will remain open as we are an essential service for the transport sector, which requires our services. Our main focus for the next few weeks will be to support our customers in their activities by keeping parts sales and maintenance and repair services available. To purchase of equipment, please contact your representative and they will take the actions necessary to meet your needs.
TransDiff JDH is aware of the risks associated with COVID-19 and has implemented the measures suggested by government authorities for the protection of our staff and customers.
Rest assured that we are monitoring this situation very closely and that we are doing everything we can to maintain a safe environment. We may be required to quickly adjust our response as the situation evolves and to meet the specific requirements at each branch.

Here are the details, including the latest changes to measures already in place:
1. All branch entrance doors are now locked. You must ring the doorbell and an employee will greet you.
2. The employee will ask you:
● Have you been outside of Canada in the past 14 days?
● Do you believe that you have come into contact with someone who may have COVID-19?
● Do you have symptoms such as cough, fever or difficulty breathing?
For customers who answered "No" to our questions, we have an indoor waiting area and bathroom reserved to accommodate them. These areas are disinfected after each use.
Customers who answer "Yes" to one of our questions will not be able to stay inside our facilities and will have to comply with government requirements.
3. Customers should wash their hands with a hydroalcoholic gel (Purell type) before meeting our employees.
4. All other branch doors will remain locked.
5. For documents that require a signature for the delivery of parts, for work orders, or others, we will give a pen to the customer that they may keep.
6. Customers are not allowed to move around the branch openly, we ask them to remain in the areas provided for this purpose.
7. We disinfect vehicles:
● Our employees have at their disposal an operating procedure for disinfection: seats, steering wheel, dashboard, gear arms, etc.
● In all cases, it is important to wear gloves and throw them away after use.
● We also disinfect all keys upon receipt.

For your parts needs, contact our teams by phone to place your orders and we will have them prepared for pickup at a branch or for shipment with a carrier of your choice. Our service workshops remain open and our teams on the road remain available to support you. Please keep an appropriate distance from our employees for everyone's protection.
